Gaston Offers Cost Sharing Program for Farmers

Gaston Natural Resources is currently accepting applicants for its Agriculture Cost Share Program through May 1. The program helps address nonpoint pollution by providing technical and financial resources. Farmers can obtain funds to implement water quality improvement practices within their operations.

Organizers relate that 75 percent of the cost of water quality projects will be covered by this initiative.
