Journey Soul Care provides support and healing for the Seeker's Soul. This is done through Spiritual Direction and energy healing via Reiki.

What is Spiritual Direction? It's a confidential relationship between a Spiritual Seeker, a Guide and God. The person signing up for Spiritual Direction is the Seeker, also known as "directee". What they are seeking is the opportunity to process how they are longing for God, or how they are confused, hurt, angry or inspired by God. As the Spiritual Director I guide, hold space and listen attentively. I ask questions to encourage deeper thinking and a greater attentiveness to God, the true director. Spiritual direction helps to strengthen your relationship and awareness of God.

What is Reiki? I offer Usui Method of Natural Healing. Reiki is a gentle, calming touch on or above specific energy centers and points of stress or pain. Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing, helps spiritual growth and emotional cleansing. Reiki also dissolves energy blocks and promotes natural balance between mind, body and spirit.
