Jyoti’s World Cusine is a creation of Jyoti and Marc Friedland, former owners of Talley’s Green Grocery, Charlotte’s first natural foods supermarket (1991-2008).
In Jyoti’s Kitchen we use our own original recipes made from scratch including our own….
Vegan Mayo, Ketchup, Marinara Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Wheat Gluten (Seitan), Corned Wheat Gluten, Bac’Ans (bacon alternative), All the Sauces, Kimchi, Pickles, Dips, Dressings, Corn and Whole Wheat Tortillas, Chapathy, and More to Come!
Most of our menu items are either vegan or have a vegan/dairy option.
None of our recipes use any animal products except for milk (as an option) where noted. Any reference in our menu to animal products (other than milk) is purely for entertainment purposes.
