I founded Light Star Healing as an energy healing practitioner to offer integrative energy healing for clients looking to heal on all levels of being. I have developed multiple energy awareness techniques along with intuitive insight to promote accelerated healing. As spiritual beings it's important to include the power of the spirit and the mind, as our thoughts have a profound effect on our overall health. They can be uplifting: love, happiness and joy or depleting: fear, grief and loneliness, using our thoughts to create our experiences to include the power of our spirit results in physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Beneficial for stress and pain reduction and promoting accelerated healing from illness and injury.
