ALIGN and REFINE: An Exploration of Sun Salutations

Approaching vinyasa yoga from a therapeutic mindset. Discover confidence in your vinyasa practice by breaking down each posture in a sun salutation focusing on alignment, stabilization, and engagement. Use your body as your guide to creating your personal modifications and variations to ensure a safe yoga practice you can enjoy for a lifetime! Students will receive personalized assistance in each posture, recommendations for use of props and modifications, detailed information on skeletal alignment and muscular engagement, and handouts describing each posture for continued use at home. 3hr workshop will include an experiential practice of vinyasa postures, dedicated Q&A time, and a 60 min vinyasa flow incorporating all of your new knowledge!
