Yoga & Relaxation for Teens
In this one hour class, we will learn how yoga can be an effective tool for reducing stress among high school students. We will look at effects stress has on the body and how yoga practices such as breath control can be utilized throughout the day. This class offers easy take-home tips, good music, and movement to help you feel re-energized. No yoga experience is necessary. Bring a friend and join us for a little mid-week relaxation.
