We are biologically hard-wired for rhythm, but often people don't feel like they have rhythm or are too afraid to explore their own personal rhythms. In this program, participants will engage in rhythmic games and interventions using drums, handheld percussion, voices, and movement to synergize the mind, body, and spirit. ​When we create music together in a group setting, it energizes us and synchronizes our natural rhythms to form a unique type of connection.
