Yoga Basics is student-centered with teaching designed around the specific challenges and strengths that each student brings to the mat. You will be instructed and supported as our physical therapist teach you how to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. This class is designed to teach you the Pentagon of Wellness with the goal of helping you restore breath, functional movement patterns, body awareness, and assistance with postural alignment. Pricing: 3 class pass: $75; 4 class pass: $100; 5 class pass: $125; All access April pass for Roper PT yoga: $150; Drop in: $30.
