What Does It Mean to Be A Highly Sensitive Person
Did you know that 15-20% of the population is what researchers refer to as Highly Sensitive? Highly Sensitive People (HSP's) have very unique traits and special sets of genes that have been uncovered in both humans and animals. Being an HSP is an evolutionary advantage that assists with the survival of the entire species. HSP's feel and connect on a much deeper level than non-HSP's, because we have a different way of processing information. During the class we will uncover what it means to be an HSP, determine if you are an HSP, and discuss ways to manage your gift.
