Guided Healing Meditation and Class.

Gentle and relaxing w/ angel music and crystal bowl sound healing. No experience necessary. Sit and enjoy a gentle guided meditation - focus on opening to and bringing healing energy in as well as receiving (love, healing, gifts, blessings, guidance, messages and support).

Class part first overviews healing components. Learn some self-healing techniques. Revitalize your ‘receiving love receptor’ in your heart center. Increase connection to spirit guides and higher self. Time also for expressing appreciation and giving blessings to others. Actual meditation time is about 45-50 minutes. Each meditation varies due to spirit guidance and healing energies. Audio recorded and available to participants.
