Yoga for Caregivers
Calling all moms, dads, healthcare professionals and caregivers. Join therapist and Reiki Master, Anna Marchese LCSW (RYT 200) for a slow-flow, all levels yoga class centered on self-care.
In honor of World Mental Health Day, caregivers of all kinds are invited to come to their yoga mat and take care of themselves. This outdoor slow flow yoga class will be run by Licensed Clinical Therapist and Reiki Master, Anna Marchese (RYT 200). We carry a lot of stress in our bodies when we take care of others. This all-levels class is designed to calm and reset your nervous system by connecting breath to movement in a mindful way. Join us on your mat as you take time for your own wellness, you deserve it! Notes: Bring your own yoga mat. Class is outdoors, weather permitting. Back-up option to hold class indoors in the case of inclement weather. We request that you wear a mask if the class is held indoors.
