Join Andrea for a 6 week series at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Dilworth to kick off a healthy 2023. It's an intro to yoga if you're new, or a good way to brush up on the fundamentals if you're not! Come discover (or re-discover) the benefits of yoga through this 6-week series. Having a clear understanding of the correct alignment of foundational poses and of breathing techniques can help you grow your practice. All ages and bodies are welcome. Not new to yoga? Morehead St., Charlotte, NC 28204) Investment: $90 for all 6 classes (or $72 for Covenant members) Taught by: Andrea Vasaune has been teaching yoga for over 5 years and will be 500RYT at the time of this series.
