Ongoing Retreats to Help Heal Oneself and the Environment

Deep yoga, initiation and ecology awareness are all being offered on Tuesdays at 6 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. and Thursdays at 6 p.m. at the Dillsboro Inn Whitewater Resort and Moonschool Yoga, in Dillsboro, North Carolina. Guests can experience ecotourism and yoga classes with techniques to reactivate their right brain and neural pathways, environmental education, sacred practices for being in the body and staying in body, learning how we are hardwired to nature, elementals and ecosystems, and ceremonies to help heal the Earth.

They are offering Watercourse Yoga on a Whitewater River,a combination of classical Raja and Watercourse Yin yoga, Tuesdays through Thursdays, for two nights, four classes plus optional meditations.

Also, holiday retreats, a New Moon Initiation (death and rebirth) Retreat will be held on November 7, on the Winter Solstice December 21, which also coincides with a Full Moon event the next night.

Along with yoga and ceremonies, there’ll be meditations, hot tubs, campfires and much more. The Dillsboro Inn is dog friendly.
