The Isha Foundation’s flagship Inner Engineering Completion program will be back in Atlanta from 1 to 8:30 p.m. on April 25 and 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on April 26 at the Georgia World Congress Center. The foundation is a nonprofit, non-religious public service organization dedicated to raising consciousness through the distilled science of yoga and meditation. Founded by Sadhguru, it offers many methods to attain physical, mental and spiritual well- being.
Participants will learn the life-transforming Shambhavi Mahamudra practice, a simple, 21-minute, powerful and purifying energy process that incorporates the breath. Done in a seated posture on the floor or sitting on a chair, it doesn’t require any physical fitness or previous knowledge of yoga and is easy to integrate into any lifestyle.
“Engineer yourself for health and blissful well-being with the essence of yoga. Engineering is modern-day magic,” says Sadhguru, a yogi, mystic and visionary, named one of India’s 50 most influential people, author and an internationally renowned speaker at major global forums including at the United Nations, MIT and the World Economic Forum. His fundamental vision is to offer the science of inner well-being to every human being.
