Reiki Level 1 - Healing the Self Connecting to Life Force Energy and Purpose for Healing Reiki Level 1 is an introduction to the concepts and techniques of Reiki. You will learn to clear and balance your own chakras and energy field. Tuning into your own energy and that of Reiki will bring you a new life-changing energetic connection for balance and connection to higher consciousness.

Reiki is life force energy, available to everyone. This energy is used for our own growth and expansion. This energy, vital life force, prana, connects us to our own truth, to purpose and insights into our own healing. Reiki attunement creates connection to universal consciousness and increases intuition up to 30%. This class covers energy, consciousness, universal forces and the soul. During this training, Alison will attune you to the energy of Reiki in a way that connects you to the Divine source energy and the collective energy of Reiki. Level 1 is for personal use. Level 2 allows for working with the energy of others.
