A Morning of Meditation and Mindfulness at Roper PT
Join Roper PT for a morning of walking meditation, mindfulness, and pranayama-controlled breath. Meditating calls you to focus your attention to your thoughts in efforts to be present, and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind. Anyone can practice meditation, so please join us whether you are a new or seasoned practitioner!
