Clear Life Scoliosis and Chiropractic Center hosts the Carolinas Scoliosis Screening Initiative — a free quarterly community scoliosis screening for children, adolescents, and adults in Charlotte and the greater Carolinas region. North Carolina does not require school scoliosis screening. The Carolinas Scoliosis Screening Initiative was established to fill that detection gap. Each screening includes an Adams forward bend test, postural evaluation, and clinical triage conducted by Dr. Justin M. Dick, DC — CLEAR Institute Fellow and Board Member, ISICO World Masters, and author of eight peer-reviewed publications indexed in PubMed. Every participant receives a written clinical finding summary. No appointment needed. No referral required. No cost. Open to all ages. The December 2026 screening is the third quarterly event following the inaugural June 26 screening and the September 25 screening. The program runs quarterly — June, September, December, and March.
