Clear Life Scoliosis and Chiropractic Center hosts the Carolinas Scoliosis Screening Initiative — a free quarterly community scoliosis screening for children, adolescents, and adults in Charlotte and the greater Carolinas region. North Carolina does not require school scoliosis screening. The Carolinas Scoliosis Screening Initiative was established to fill that detection gap. Each screening includes an Adams forward bend test, postural evaluation, and clinical triage conducted by Dr. Justin M. Dick, DC — CLEAR Institute Fellow and Board Member, ISICO World Masters, and author of eight peer-reviewed publications indexed in PubMed. Every participant receives a written clinical finding summary. No appointment needed. No referral required. No cost. Open to all ages. The March 2027 screening is the fourth quarterly event completing the inaugural annual cycle of the Carolinas Scoliosis Screening Initiative. The program runs quarterly — June, September, December, and March — and will continue into its second year beginning June 2027.
