Timeless Tune-Up: Sit & Steep for Better Movement Health
Learn practical ways to support movement health and grounded thinking.
Join Dr. Eric Holshouser, PT, DPT, professor and founder of the Timeless Leadership Project, at Sincerely Tea House for a 90-minute Timeless Tune-Up. This session will explore how the ancient practice of floor sitting and tea drinking can support better movement health and grounded thinking. Together, we’ll enjoy freshly steeped tea and learn different sitting positions that can help you feel more grounded while improving hip mobility, spinal resilience, posture, circulation, and body awareness. Between guided movement and practical reflection, we’ll use tea as part of the experience: a simple ritual for slowing down, settling the body, and reconnecting with timeless practices that help us move, rest, and live well. No experience or flexibility required. Come as you are, enjoy tea, and leave with practical ways to bring more mobility, presence, and ease into your daily routine. Yoga mat recommended
