Organic Marketplace Celebrates Silver Anniversary
“Organic Marketplace (OMP) was born because of my personal experience with supplements and a strong desire to help people,” says Renee Southard, owner and founder. “I wasn’t aware that humble beginnings (800-square-foot location) would blossom into a thriving health center supported by local and regional residents.”
“We earned our trusted place in the retail community by providing the latest and most innovative products. We are dedicated to passing on savings to make your wellness needs affordable. We carefully vet each product for effectiveness and purity you can trust, and partner with only the most reliable companies.”
“We are also two-time recipients of the Non-GMO Verified Project Challenge. We lead the area in global mindfulness as a bagless business.”
Rededication to their bagless initiative began by giving one reusable bag per customer purchase on Earth Day. This’ll be repeated during their anniversary event. Additional bags will be offered for $1.99 and up.
“OMP truly formed a sense of family among staff and community,” Southard continues. “It’s an honor to provide holistic alternatives and watch families thrive in their healthy environment.”
“My journey may have begun with only a $3,000 investment 25 years ago; however, it’s now a priceless endeavor making a difference in the lives of my local community, and myself.”
