Two Special Events at Organic Marketplace

Mar 28, 2020 09:57AM ● By Shannon Mc Kenzie

Organic Marketplace, in Gastonia, will launch its monthly education series with owner Renee Southard leading a presentation on Being a Good Earth Steward in its lower-level Sprouts Café at 6 p.m. on April 20. Various health and wellness and DIY health topics will be covered on the third Monday of each month.

Then, the emporium will continue to honor the Earth in her 50th Anniversary Earth Day celebration on April 22. Attendees will enjoy samples, spin to win special Earth Day canvas bags while supplies last and consider special product discounts throughout the store.

“We have a vast selection of nutritional supplements, bulk foods, home goods and beauty products,” says Southard on the store’s website. “If you have dietary restrictions, we have what you need with a wide variety of non-GMO, gluten-free, wheat-free, low- sodium and low-sugar foods. Your health needs reign supreme at OMP.  With all of the love we get from our community, it is only right to return that love. We try to carry as many local products as we can find. You will find local produce, cheeses, soaps and many specialty items at OMP. Come and get local with your home team.”

Location: 1012 S. New Hope Rd. For more information, including education series topics, call 704-864-0605 or visit OrganicMarketplaceNC.com.
