The Kent-Cook Institute at The Nook, in Davidson, will host The Victories of The Light healing event led by certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and Healer June Hamilton from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on April 26. Along with experiencing healing through the channeling of the archangels, attendees will learn how angels can assist them toward becoming free of self-destructive habits, bring inspiration, solve problems, provide protection and help to forgive.

In the December event, NookSter Cheryl Krantz spontaneously recovered her eyesight that had been dark from 1978 as vision returned to her eye during the healing portion. The eye doctor has since provided an entirely new prescription for glasses. Others have experienced healings of the heart.

Hamilton, also a spiritual mentor and master teacher of spiritual development programs and workshops, is featured in the book Soulitude - My Journey into the Surreal, and the movie PHI: The Evolution of Consciousness. 

Event organizers believe that as we struggle with the fear surrounding the contagion of viral illnesses, as mankind continues to create anxiety-based chaos, we need a place to go and a trusted resource for lifting our energies, brightening the space in which we live and work and to bring peace of heart and mind to as many as possible.
