HC Wellness Center and Spa, in Gastonia, being deemed an essential business in regard to state executive orders during this crisis, attests that people’s health is also essential and maintaining health and immunity now is especially vital. To keep with the order and social-distancing rules, only their Wellness Service is open (for colon hydrotherapy and other services); they will only be accepting one client at a time (and lengthening time between sessions for more thorough disinfection); online appointments are temporarily closed (call the office to schedule appointments); and there is a 50 percent cancellation fee as they need to pay employees regardless if a client keeps an appointment.

The latter policy also allows them to maintain flexible hours; therefore, all customers are asked to have a credit card on file, but it will only be charged for a cancellation or no-show.
