Dr. Mani Saint-Victor, M.D., founded and is CEO of Mosaeic Hypnotherapy in 2010. Services include one-on-one intensive hypno coaching, with packages tailored to client’s needs; a nine-lesson rolling admissions group coaching program with weekly content drops, discussion meetings, and a monthly Q&A; and The Inner Architect self-paced program, a structured nine-lesson journey, including community support, a resource library and self-guided tools.
He says, “My clients tend to be what I call ‘empathic achievers”—humanistic, sensitive people who have succeeded by society’s standards but feel there’s more to express and create. My goal is to help them clear unhelpful narratives, inner conflicts and counterproductive habits. Some see it as a second act, reinvention, overcoming a midlife crisis or reconnecting with purpose. I focus on the experience—renewed energy, deeper purpose, peace of mind, and freedom from guilt.”
He explains, “Years ago, I turned away from a psychiatry residency to pursue a career that felt more aligned with my values. I had come to realize that traditional approaches weren’t enough; I wanted to explore non-pharmaceutical methods for mental wellness and empower others to harness the mind’s incredible power to heal itself.”
Science-backed Ericksonian hypnotherapy is conversational in nature. In classical hypnosis, the client receives suggestions from the hypnotist while in a trance state. This approach is effective in many cases, but empathic, independent people tend to have an innate drive for autonomy and want to actively participate in their transformation. One of their central concerns is that too much of their life has been dictated to them by others. They are turned off by techniques that seem to impose external directives and want to move to a place of deciding for themselves how to think, feel and act.
Conversational hypnosis offers a different path. Saint-Victor, shares, “My approach is not about dictating solutions through trance. Instead, I guide clients into a state of focused attention in which their conscious and unconscious minds can work together. The client maintains a sense of full engagement while we collaboratively explore their inner landscape. This process fosters empowerment and transformation for individuals deeply invested in authenticity. Together, we address the conditioning that has been holding them back, allowing them to redesign their inner world to align with their true selves. By reprogramming automatic responses and reconnecting with forgotten parts of themselves, clients can create lasting change rooted in self-acceptance and authenticity.”
Saint-Victor holds a biology degree from Harvard, a medical degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and psychiatry training at the Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami. He is certified in traditional hypnotherapy, trained in Ericksonian conversational hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is pursuing trauma-informed certification.
He explains, “Transformation doesn’t have to be painful or drawn out, and convincing people that it can be natural and efficient is difficult when so many expect struggle. Although I cannot promise immediate resolution, my clients often begin to see shifts in their lives from the first session, and the change is enduring. The most rewarding aspect of my business is seeing clients bring their family members, hearing about their transformations years later and knowing the work we did together still resonates—that’s the real success.”
