Natural Awakenings Charlotte

Warner Provides Craniosacral Therapy in Plaza Midwood

Catherine Warner, CEO of Hold Space Healing, and a Certified Somatic Anxiety Coach, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Licensed Integrative Bodywork Specialist, provides Craniosacral Therapy (CST) inside Wise Wolf Wellness in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte. CST is a bodywork therapy that works with the cranium, sacrum and other bony landmarks of the body to allow the cerebral spinal fluid to flow more freely to help regulate the nervous system and foster a deeper restive state that cannot normally be reached on a daily basis, promoting the body’s natural ability to self-heal.

Benefits include unwinding of unconscious mental and emotional and physical patterns, more efficient responses to internal and external worlds, easier ability to self-regulate, reduced physical pain, restoration of musculoskeletal range of motion and recovery of an embodied and confident sense of self.

CST, an excellent resource for those in trauma therapy, can be booked as often as every week when an issue is particularly activated or to focus on chronic ones. Otherwise, most people find the most benefit doing monthly maintenance sessions.

Warner is also a Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Educator and both a reiki practitioner and neurofeedback practitioner. Her specialties are CST for TMJ disorder as it relates to the nervous system, mental health, digestive disorders, gynecological irregularities and musculoskeletal conditions of the head and neck.

Location: 1208 The Plaza, Charlotte. Free parking lot off Commonwealth Ave. behind the building. To schedule a complimentary discovery call, for more information or to make an appointment, call 704-750-5051, email [email protected] or visit HoldSpace-Healing.com.
