Carolina Functional Neurology Center (CFNC) is a chiropractic neurology facility dedicated to helping patients with complex neurological conditions such as dysautonomia, migraine, dizziness, movement disorders, concussions, neurodevelopment disorders and autoimmune disorders. CFNC uses state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, including balance testing (computerized dynamic posturography), eye movement testing (videonystagmography) and neuro-timing tests to gather detailed information about how the brain and nervous system are functioning. This data allows the team to design highly individualized treatment programs focused on measurable improvements. Treatment plans often include eye movement exercises, orthostatic retraining, vestibular and balance training, red light therapy, hyperbaric therapy and many other neuro-rehabilitation strategies, all delivered in a supportive and patient-centered environment.
