Awaken Spiritual Community, a vibrant New Thought center in Charlotte led by Spiritual Director Min. Shari Hill, will present three, separate, uplifting gatherings designed to nourish the heart, inspire the spirit and strengthen community connection. All are free and open to the public. As the end of the season is a sacred time for reflection, release and renewal, the events offer opportunities for connection, joy and inspiration as we begin 2026 aligned with love, peace and purpose.

An Awaken Holiday Party, from 4 to 8 p.m. on December 6, will be a time of delicious food, fun and heart-warming fellowship. Attendees will meet and connect with like-minded individuals that lead by love and embrace diversity of every kind. 

Let go of the old and welcome the new in a Burning Bowl Release Service and Celebration ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on December 28. Participants will write down what they are ready to release into the fire and open their heart to divine possibilities for 2026.

Legendary Motown artist and New Thought pioneer Eddie Watkins Jr. will perform a soul-stirring concert, and a Sunday Celebration Service, welcoming the new season with joy, power and purpose, at 4:30 p.m. on January 4.
