McDade, who has been a Usui reiki master since 2001 and switched to practicing Reiki Tummo in 2008, has found that the Reiki Tummo attunements connect us better to the Earth, gently awaken our Kundalini and open our spiritual hearts to be more connected to our Creator, surpassing the old attunements.
