Sarah Choi, creator of Bae Retreats, will host their annual Back to Your Nature winter retreat from February 6 to 8 at Mandala Hall in the Elohee Retreat Center, in Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia. Attendees at this special weekend event will have their nervous system soothed, center their pleasure and return to themselves in the healing energy of nature, all while reveling in collective wisdom and joy in community with other ladies also seeking to prioritize their well-being and hone their intuition for greater confidence and satisfaction in life.

“There is no more important time than now to rest and preserve oneself, to foster wholeness and light during such dark times,” says Choi. “The retreat is a wonderful way for individuals to heal and restore themselves, but the bigger benefit is the beautiful community that gathers and creates life affirming energy, which inspires us to bring it back home to our loved ones and the communities we live in daily.

At last year’s winter retreat, 18 ladies from eight separate states met on top of Bald Mountain in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia. Centrally located in the southeast region, the Forest Studio of Elohee was the ideal location for this healing and joyful community weekend, nestled within the central woods of the 220-acre property and steps away from the private hiking trails, comfortable cabins, living pond and more. 

This year’s retreat will take place at Mandala Hall, a beautiful circular meeting space sitting at the peak of Elohee with 360-degree views of the mountains and treescape.
