AUM hOMe Shala’s mission is to promote knowledge of the therapeutic benefits of yoga, through teaching, research, and training of yoga therapists, teachers and healthcare providers. We strive to create IAYT certified yoga therapy professional that provide application of yogic tools—postures/exercises, breathwork, meditation techniques, and more—to address an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional needs.
