Total Being Yoga Celebrates Second Anniversary

Mian Rex, owner of Total Being Yoga (TBY), in Mint Hill, will celebrate its second anniversary on March 10. Along with free yoga featuring a Balance Power class at 9 a.m., long, slow and deep yoga at 11 a.m. and then slow flow yoga at 4 p.m., a party including live music, food and connection with fellow yogis and TBY instructors will be held at Pour 64 from 4 to 7 p.m.

“We have over 1,300 active members with consistent practices,” says Rex. “Most of our students first came to TBY to find strength and flexibility, but have discovered so much more. The components of focus, balance, mental clarity and peace seem to really resonate with our students. Our workshops are becoming more and more popular which tells me the TBY students desire a deeper knowledge in their practice.”

“Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we are thrilled to see everyone advancing their practices and finding more peace and joy. One of my greatest joys is working with our teachers. All of our teachers have advanced education, years of experience, continue to further their studies and are genuinely passionate and committed to helping each student find the gifts of yoga,” Rex added.
