The 2019 Charlotte Sustainability Awards ceremony and dinner, Sustain Charlotte’s annual honoring of smart growth and sustainability leadership in our area, will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. on April 24 at the CenterState@NoDa, in Charlotte. The awards help the organization to further its mission to inspire choices that lead to healthier, more equitable and vibrant communities across the Charlotte metro region for generations to come.

Honorees of the event, which began seven years ago, are working to advance sustainability and smart growth, and by their actions, inspire others to do the same.

The event is always a memorable and exciting affair, with a local, delicious and sustainable dinner, that honors and celebrates our most outstanding local sustainability leaders and attracts many of Greater Charlotte’s leaders, elected officials and media.
