Camilo Sanchez, L. Ac, MAOM, licensed acupuncturist with a master’s degree in Oriental medicine, will lead a seminar on qigong energy healing techniques and strategies from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 11 at the Empower Life Center, in Pineville. Attendees will learn the practical and effective ways the modality can counteract stress and anxiety, two factors which have been demonstrated to be major contributors to many mental health problems and chronic health issues.
