Natural Awakenings Charlotte

Charlotte Area's Lakeside Counseling and Hypnotherapy Now Offers In-Person and Virtual Therapy

Amy Bernstein, LCSW, LISW-CP, CH, owner and therapist at Lakeside Counseling and Hypnotherapy, moved into a new office in Cornelius and is now seeing clients both in-person and virtually. With 25 years of counseling experience and licensure in both North and South Carolina, Bernstein also offers hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques, and has expanded her education in the past few years to include health coaching, enneagram foundations and intermediate meditation.

Bernstein specializes in helping clients cope with anxiety. Her most popular hypnosis programs are: Calm, Release Worry, Peace of Mind, Clarity, Confidence, Better Sleep, Healthy Weight, Concentration, Holistic, Cope with IBS, Conquer Procrastination, Release Phobias and Smoking Cessation. All hypnosis is customized, recorded and sent as an mp3 download, so clients always have it to listen to.

Hypnosis is often short-term, around two to three sessions. Her Lakeside motto is, “Hypnosis is so easy, all you have to do is sit back, relax and listen.”

Location: 8211 Village Harbor Dr., Cornelius. For more information or to make an appointment, call 704-252-1568 or visit www.LakesideTherapy.com
