Natural Awakenings Charlotte

Group Health Coaching Program Will Improve Women’s Diets

Sara Cain-da Costa, of Sara da Costa Wellness, a national board-certified Health & Wellness Coach, will lead a live, virtual Nourish to Flourish: Real Food, Real Bodies, Real Women group coaching program from 6:45 to 8 p.m. on Thursdays between September 8 and October 6. Participants will learn how to transform their relationship with food and body image with compassion and a healthy dose of accountability by gaining control of emotional eating, food cravings and navigating sugar.

“If you’ve found yourself stuck in a cycle of unhelpful eating patterns and negative body image because of stress, boredom, fad diets, perceived ideals and other life challenges, you’ve come home,” says Cain-da Costa, with 20-plus years in the wellness industry including health coaching, yoga, meditation, breathwork, reiki and other natural healing techniques; 15 years’ experience as a business owner (Synergy Yoga, Charlotte and Rock Hill); and 16 years as a human resources professional in corporate America. “Find nourishment beyond food, look within mind, body and spirit to live your best life!

“I spend time getting to know my client and digging deep to the root source of what’s keeping them stuck, what motivates them to take action towards sustainable health and lifestyle changes.”
