My kids and I saw Dr. Darryl for auricular therapy sessions. My session targeted anxiety, and two hours later I feel much less anxious. The session itself reminded me of how I felt when I did acupuncture years back in that I could feel the energy flowing in my body and then relaxed after. I definitely recommend!
